Really good service quality at the rooftop bar during sunset.

The welcome wine voucher could only be used for dining downstairs, misleading.

The staff were lovely and helpful in the entire hotel. I had an a double room it was comfortable🙂

The location in the middle of the city was top and particularly good for us. The place was located off the main road...

A serene escape close to nature

The fine beach was just a two-minute walk away, offering blissful moments in nature's embrace. The decor throughout the hotel was beautifully rustic.

A lack of transportation options made exploring the island challenging. It would have been great to have rental bikes or a taxi service available .

everything was simply perfect. travelled with my sister, spent 4 nights here and had a perfect stay. the very very helpful and nice staff accommodated all the needs. the room i were upgraded at no charge to was comfortable and included a minibar and climate control. the location of the hotel was top and good, in the middle of jackson.

Teranka's beautiful decor and serene surroundings created a lovely atmosphere for relaxation. I appreciated the thoughtful design with easy access to the fine beach just a two-minute walk along a sandy path.

Could use more rental options for easier exploration.

Perfect for a relaxing family getaway

The beach just a short walk away was rocky, but thanks to the hotel's suggestion, we found a better sandy spot at Playa Arenals.

The place wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but considering the luxury, it was acceptable.

Teranka provided a lovely retreat with its fine rooftop bar and comfortable, well-designed rooms. I thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere among the lush surroundings. The noise from the cleaning staff could be distracting at times.

I had such a fantastic time here! The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the pool. The breakfast, especially the coconut and fig jam porridge, was simply unforgettable. However, we did find that a few shops nearby were still closed at this time, which limited some options.

Fine design, really good service.

The family-friendly atmosphere was perfect for us, and the beautiful beach is just a quick stroll away. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities and a lovely view of the pool. The children loved the games available in the common areas, and the staff was attentive to our needs.

The tranquil setting among lush trees made it the perfect getaway. The rooftop bar offered fine sunset views with delicious cocktails.
